Nasi Uduk

Ingredient
  • 250gr    Rice
  • 425ml    Coconut Milk
  • 1pc    Lemon Grass
  • 2pc    Salam Leaf
  • TT    Salt    
Method
  1. Clean Rice,then all ingredients and then use Magic Jar

Ayam Suwir Pedas Manis

Ingredient
  • 500gr    Chicken Fillet
Paste
  • 5 pc    Red Chili    
  • 4 clove    Garlic, Chop
  • 1 sdt    Salt    
  • 1cm    Galangal,Crush
  • ½ sdt    Pepper    
  • 2sheet Salam leaf
  • 1 pcs    Tomato,Take Meat
  • 4 clove Shallot,Chop
Method
  1. Marinate chicken with Salt and Pepper,then Deep Fry until Well Done,then suwir-suwir
  2. Saute Shallot and Garlic then put in tomato and red chili with Galangan and Salam Leaf
  3. Put in chicken,and mix

Oseng Oseng Buncis dan Daging

Ingredient
  • 300gr     beef,slice
  • 200gr     green beans, cut 1-2 cm
Paste
  • 4 clove    Shallot,Chop
  • 100 gr    Beef Stock
  • 4 Clove     Garlic,Chop
  • 20 gr      Red Chili, cut Oblique
  • 10 gr     Hot Chili, slice
  • 20 gr     Sweet Soy Sauce
  • TT     Salt
Method
  1. Saute Paste until fragrant
  2. Put in beef
  3. Give Salt and Stock
  4. Add Green Beans,Sweet Soy Sauce then mix
  5. Put in Red Chili
  6. Simmer until well done

 Sop Ikan Asam Pedas

Ingredient
  • 1pcs     Gurami Fish
  • 2pc     Ginger
  • 1pcs     Lime,Juice
  • 4sheet     Lime Leaves
  • 1sheet     Tumeric Leaf
  • 2pcs     Kandis
  • 2cm     Galangal, Crush
  • 3pc     Tomato
  • 2pc     Lemon Grass
  • 500 ml     Water
  • 1sdt     Salt
  • 2sdm     Oil
Paste
  • 100 gr  Red Chili, Pounded
  • 6 clove Shallot
  • 3 clove Garlic
Method
1.    Clean the Fish,Braise with Salt and Lime Juice then Rest 15min
2.    Saute Paste,then add Tumeric,Galangal,Lemon Grass,Ginger,Lime leaves,Kandis,and water,then simmer
3.    Add Fish,cook until Thicken and Fish cooked,then add Tomato and cook short while

Ingredient
  • 1 pcs     Soybean Curd
  • TT     Salt
  • 20 gr     Teri Fish(Black Teri)
  • 35 ml     Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 3 pcs     Shallot,Slice
  • TT     Water   
  • 3 pcs     Garlic,Slice    
  • 3 cm     Galangal, Crush
  • 1 pcs      Potato,Slice    
  • 4 sdm     Palm Sugar
  • 2pcs     Tamarind    
  • 2pcs     Red Chili
Method
  1. Saute Garlic,Shallot,Red Chili,Galangal
  2. Fry Soybean Curd,Teri Fish,and Potato
  3. Stir all and add Palm Sugar,Sweet Soy Sauce,and little Water

Sambel Terasi

Ingredient
  • 50gr    Shallot, paste
  • 1tsp    Shrimp Cake
  • 200 gr Tomato, Meat, paste
  • ½tsp    Tamarind
  • 50gr    Palm Sugar
  • 100gr    Red Chili,paste
  • 50gr    Hot Chili,paste
Method
  1. Paste all with traditional way then serve
